Are you also selling the carbon fiber intake shield shown on
your website?

Can you do a deal for both the Z tube + intake filter and shield?

That's correct. Carbon Fiber does not conduct heat as well as metals do, resulting in lower intake temperatures.

Seems kind of pricey for just a carbon fiber replica of what the Z comes with. Any chance of lowering the price for forum users? If you can give me a nice deal I would definetly give it a harder look as my engine bay is pretty plain.

Is it full carbon fiber, or is it carbon fiber laid over an aluminum, glass fiber, plastic, or some other material? Also, I noticed that you're using a different clamp in the front compared to normal. Does that come with the kit?

Thanks
The exterior diameter is the same? What about the inner diameter? CF over Fiberglass will be pretty thick. That will make the inner diameter smaller than stock. Can you confirm?

This would have absolutly no benefit over the stock tube at all, considering all the dimensions are the same.

The plastic tube already resists as much heat as this....

sorry, but I think this to be a total waste of money

It's really more for the look, I think. I just want to know if it's going to be the same as stock, or make things worse. If it makes it worse, I definitely don't want one
