I got an email from Quaife-USA that said that you have to reuse the ring and pinion that you have. Since the 350EVO final drive is swapped with stock, I hope that it will be equally easy to swap with the Quaife diff. I guess we won't know until someone tries.

planning to get one. how's the nismo lsd working for you? I heard you can hear some noise even when going straight, any truth to that? who installed the unit, labor cost $$? thanks in advance

Production is IN PROGRESS ... time is all that's needed now. I will post updates when the time comes. Rough estimate is a few months.
The ATS unit Sharif's got is carbon 'clutch' based. Suppose to be a pretty nice, but I haven't any first hand experience with them.
