Unhappy Need dyno expert to interpret my dyno puzzle

All the pulls below were performed on same dynojet on different days:
dyno results day one, hot day this summer with popcharger, pulley, kinetix hf cats: hp=235, tq=226, a/f=14

dyno results 2 days later with stock intake, pulley, stock cats: hp=242, tq=239, a/f=13.2.

dynojet results this past thursday, rainy and cold outside:
with popcharger, pulley, stock cats, stock ypipe: hp=235, tq=230, a/f=stoich

with popcharger, pulley, stock cats, hf ypipe: hp=241, tq=235, a/f=stoich

with popcharger, pulley, replacement set of kinetix hf cats, hf ypipe: hp=242, tq=231, a/f=stoich

dynojet results next day, colder outside:
with stock intake, pulley, hf cats, hf ypipe: hp=242, tq=234, a/f=stoich

From the above results, i can conclude with certainty, i think: replacement kinetix hf cats added only 1 hp; unlimited's hf ypipe added 6hp; its a goddam shame that all these expensive mods yield so freakin little gains!!! Finally, my Z appears to be factory tuned right at the sweet spot and is an unyielding little *****!!!

Much less certain can i be about popcharger's influence; has anyone actually lost hp with a jwt popcharger???

All input/interpretations/opinions welcomed.

The dyno graphs would really help--with torque, hp and the A/F.
Also, keep in mind that the stock ECU needs some driving time to adapt to changes in airflow. That might take 100 miles or so to adapt (just my experience).

Yes over lap you dynos and you see the gains in other areas. Over stock I had about 15hp between 2.5 to 4.5. no real gains on the top which sucked.

Are those numbers SAE corrected? And at what RPM are you getting those numbers.

It may be helpful if you impose all of those dyno runs on one chart and make sure the correction factor is set to SAE. Then I would compare the tq curves.

Michael.

Here is the graph. .007 was baseline with popcharger, stock cats & ypipe.
.008 is popcharger and unlimited ypipe.
.009 and .010 are popcharger, unlimited ypipe and kinetix h/f cats.

Just goes to show you where the real bottle necks on this car are from the factory. The y-pipe is one, the plenum another and the exhaust manifolds the biggest. The ecu will definately make a difference if you advance the timing, but I would wait until you have replaced at least the plenum. The y-pipe, plenum and headers really allow the car to take advantage of other mods.

you def need a reflash done...your ecu is freaking out a bit with your mods so trying to keep things (especially timing) in a safe range

Looks to me like the HF y-pipe makes hp and the Popcharger doesn't. That is about all I got out of that.

I knew the stock cats were already high flow, and that the y-pipe is the bottleneck. This proves it. I went with test pipes.

Also from experience pulley gains never show on the dyno, they are "real world" track proven. Meaning they usually shave about a tenth in the 1/4 mile which would be 7-10 rwhp on our cars.

I never liked the popcharger, I thought it was more of a RICE mod.

This coming from a guy with graphics down the side and stickers on the A-pillar And you list Mobil 1 as an engine mod...

My pop-charger made 11whp over my AEM--in combination with my other mods. To the guy with the dyno issues, put your pop-charger back on if you want, but definetely get your ECU tuned, did good for me.
