as long as you include that you are a forum member which you did then we will not charge shipping...
The 2 hub bolts will not change the cost of shipping.. but if it was ordered with a cold air intake for example the shipping charge will be for the cold air intake...

I put mine in on Tuesday. I sanded and polished it on Monday. It does work well, but the holes in the bracket didn't quite line up with the holes in the frame rail. It ended up being a real pita. It does work though
