Purolator Pure One oil filter
Where do I buy these oil filters? I've been searching forever and can't find a single place that sells them online. I even visited the local AutoZone & PepBoys, nada. Any place I can buy them online?

I'm able to get mine at Pep Boys here in Missouri. They cost $5.59 but frequently they have a special where you can get a dollar off. I'd try another store. Good luck.

Checked all my local auto parts stores (Pep Boys, Kragen, AutoZone), nothing. Can anybody purchase the Pure One filters in bulk and I pay you extra to ship them to me? I'm currently using the K&N HP-1008, but I've heard Pure One's are much better in terms of filtration.

I used to buy the pure one filter, but the guy at pep boys told me the Fram are better. He used to work at some oil change place before pep boys.
He also told me that the fram oil filter they have listed for the g35coupe was smaller then stock and he grabbed one of the shel that was about 25% longer. It fit perfectly. sorry I don't remember the model number, but if no one else has it I'll crawl under the car and figure it out.

Really?
My impression is that Fram filters are poorly made (cut one open and you will see... cardboard end caps). Purolator is suppose to be one of the better brands of aftermarket filters. I use larger size OEM Nissan filters (used on Armada..but fits VQ35 just fine) which costs $5 each.

The Pep Boys guy told you Fram filters were better, because that's what he had in stock. All the filter comparison articles I've read show Fram to be a very poorly made oil filter. I used Fram for years and recently switched to Purolator for my wifes car and my truck, the Premium Plus Line. For my "G" and my Harley, I rely on K&N.
