Default Water/Methanol Injection install 350z

Snow performance Boost Cooler Stage II #20010
I threw out the hardware that came with the kit. Used self tapping screws.
Nylon tubing way to short. Bought longer tubing.
Used a different led light.
Black box is hidden in the battery Bay.
Excuse all the extra wires hanging in the floor board.
Hope these pic's help on any ideas.

I will know Tues morning going to the dyno tuner said a 30 hp gain going with a 50/50 mix. I hear of guys putting windshield wiper fluid in there but it has detergants in it that is not good on your motor. Will post up #'s

Nice install. good job man..

I have few questions though;

1. what is the black box?
2. I assume the unit on the floor matt is the snow performance controller, no?
3. does the Reservoir tank have to be higher than the pump? reason?
4. the LED light indicates when you have a low level right? why did you change it?
5. I see that you are running 2 lines, 1 is white and the other is green, what are they?
6. are you using the nozzles that came with the kit? what size are they?
7. where did you get the kit from and for how much?

1. the controller
2. thats the UTEC Tuna
3. shurflo pumps dont create alot of suction, they run best gravity fed
4. led is usually wired to show when the pump is on, there is no low level indicator in his pics. thats another 20$ option
5. i would bet the green line is the stock rear window pisser line

+ 1 Thank you. light is to know that the pump is on. You would be real lazy to buy a low level sensor. The led they give you is really small.

it does not mater how close to the tb as long as the nozzle is spraying in a funnel pattern 360 degrees spray. It is not like NOS. I gained 21 whp and 12 wtq safely. with this set up highly recommend.

I have another question. Why did you remove your spare then replace it with a 25lbs weight?

Nice job though!

Meth users, windhield washer fluid sucks, it will yield the same results 90% but it has detergents and those dont break down as well in the heat.

Either use Distilled water with M1 Meth or just Distilled H20 to reduce knock.

you are exactly right buy straight meth and distilled water. do not use windshield washer fluid.

The black box works great I start spraying at 2 psi. And it's real easy to setup you just dial in the boost which u want to start spraying and how much. There is only 2 adjustments.

nice write up man, but the 25lbs weight got me laughing... our Z weigh like 2500lbs right?(EDIT: 3200LBS) LOL

it would be nice to get a bigger container huh? I guess we don't have any other space to put the meth/alc kit around the engine bay? hmmm... this will be my upgrade along with a procharger...

Snow performance has just upgraded there nozzles to all steel so you wont have to worry about the nozzle blowing apart. If you have a plastic one and won't a steel nozzle just send Snow performance a email and they will take care of you for free. Just a little update....
