Rear Mount Turbo Setup
I did mine on my chest, back in '07 (before I had my shop).
Rear mount? Not sure. Only rear mount I've built was a 6.0 Camaro SS. Ran a T88 on that. Well over 600 whp. Maybe a T76 or a Super 60. If you want more HP than torque, you want to err on the larger side. One thing I did learn, coat the exhaust system from the headers all the way to the turbine. We also wrapped it. Gotta keep that heat in.
I just had a regular jack and made a wooden square using 4 2x4's to just brace it a bit. If you have two people it's very easy to do yourself, but this wasn't hard either. I did it on basically gravel(RAP) driveway
I ran this turbo on my 4.0 wrangler /shrug
I use all ebay parts, so maybe not go with my recommendations lol

I would use the manufacturers ratings to size your turbo - I always try to add ~50hp to my goal and size accordingly. If I was in your shoes, I would get a turbo that’s rated to 450hp and aim for 400hp.
Something like this would be ideal (if you ask me):
