Swapped HR into 03 , need start signal help

Swapped HR into 03 , need start signal help
Okay I'm new, I'm probably going to get torn to shreds but I deserve it.
Can't get my 03 Z to start using key.I swapped an 07HR into my 03 car. Got the harness converted and a NATS delete on my ECU.When I go to use the key to start the security light stays on and no crank but a click at what I believe to be the BCM.When I put key in start position, then put 12V to start signal wire directly from battery on wire pin at starter it STARTS and runs!I've checked fuses and swapped relays to find the same results. I have a switch set up but I really rather not start my car with extra steps and an idiot switch. Anyone got any ideas on why It clicks at BCM and won't send signal to the signal wire? I'd really appreciate any help
