Default Rear Differential issue

My 2005 350Z has been LS3 swapped for over a couple of years. Long story short, I have drained, bled and refill the clutch brake fluid. Pedal is stiff, clutch works yet car doesn't move. The driveshaft spins, yet at the differential, it's like it's broken or something. I can turn the driver side rear wheel by hand and the left side wheel turns, but the driveshaft doesn't turn. I turned the driveshaft by hand, and I can feel that the gears in the transmission spinning while in neutral yet, the rear wheels don't spin. One thing I noticed after inspecting the read pumpkin assembly is the passenger side Flange, Prop shaft pinion yoke is out of position from the pumpkin assembly about half inch. The speed sensor and the toothed portion do not line up.
I wanted to know if you think this is the issue. That one of the flanges is out from making contact to the LS Differential carrier?
I have OEM LSD on my Z. And I wanted to know before I go and pull it out, and probably pay a shop to replace the OEM LSD with a Quaife or another brand if it is damaged.
Any insight or knowledge that you all can give me to help me diagnose this will help me solve this problem and my Z back on the road.
Below I have attached pictures of my pumpkin and side flanges.

Thanks.

This half shaft is not seated into the differential properly, so it cant send the power properly, the speed sensor is not even close to being readable. If it were me I would disassemble the diff and inspect the splines on this half shaft and inside the diff.

Thanks for the quick reply. I'll be out of the country for two weeks, so I'll have to get on it once I get back.
