Default Questions on a swapped 2003.

I was looking at a 03 350z that has a swapped 05 350z revup motor and matching manual transmission in it. It starts fine and runs pretty smooth. I did notice that the front cam sensors were unplugged and no wires going to those sensors. The only other issues I saw/heard was, the starter wasn't engaging until you rolled the car a bit and that the oil pressure wasn't reading. I know it had pressure and plenty of oil in it.
So my questions are:
1. Do you need the front sensors plugged in since it runs fine or do I need to some how wire it into the harness?
2. I believe the oil pressure not reading would just be the sensor or wire issue. Thoughts?
3. With the starter, is it an alignment issue that can be shimed or do you think the flywheel is messed up?
I haven't bought this car yet, the price is good for what it is. Just not in the mood to drop a bunch of money into something unless I have to. I haven't dealt with Nissans, but have done my fair share of mechanics work and rebuilding motors. Just looking for advice. Thanks.
