Yes, that is the exact item and i am including an external map sensor for higher boist applications and a temperature sensor so you can completely ditch the MAF.

The old haltech used to come with a plug and play harness, the new one plugs right into where the factory ecu does, no harness needed. They just didnt update the website when they made the change. Comes with everything else you listed.
