I just bought some Xmas tree style plugs, some touchup paint, painted the tops of the plugs and put them in. Pass the 50 -50 test. A little body putty, sanding and aforementioned touch up paint if you want to get fancy.
Even with clear bra my front end is so beat up anything more elaborate is a waste of time and money.

Nylon plugs man, just make sure to measure the diameter of the holes that were drilled (they vary immensely in sizes as I've seen). Two for around $1-2... and get some touch-up paint to color match.

This is one of my most proudest DIY mods to date (and SOOOO cost effective too ).
