I do agree that erebuni is known for replicating kits but they also sell some kits from original manufacturers of these kits. The gentleman I spoke to said they are receiving a container of kits from italy & the kits they are selling are the legitimate italian pieces. I'm sure they could lie to anyone, but why? Would they take that chance of ruining their rep? Who knows....next time I talk with them ill dig deeper into that subject!

Any word on when this will be recieved in the U.S. ? I want to put money down before I get interested in something else

I would like to be a part of that first "original" shipment.

Ravi

on edit:

I've been doing some research and found the kit also under the name Lester, here is the website:

http://www.lester.it/uk/catalogo_mar...Z&marca=Nissan

I will be posting more as I find out.

Best of luck, I can't wait.

I'm sure it is, because every site that I researched came up with paralell information. Interesting to note that Lester is located in the UK.

I think it would be advantageous for us to find out who the manufacturer is and verify that indeed erubini ordered the amount of kits they claim to have ordered that way we can verify their statements...

Yeah, that makes a lot of sense--it will definiately give me more peace of mind knowing that it is the original hand laid fiberglass, versus the "gun" cheap technique.

Also, is there a way we can get some definitive orders in? I want to make sure I get in on the original order.

What's you're guys' take on the sideskirts? The line going horizontally eastward seems really pronounced--can someone please be gracious enough to PS the car in blue?

Best regards and stay posted:

I also found under USA retailers in that same page that they mention Erebuni.

That dealer page looks promising... Anyone want to call the other dealer on that list? Maybe we can get a price competition between the two dealers for the group buy.

those pics on LESTER are deffinately from the erebuni site. you can see that celica look-a-like wing in with the italian kit there. these exact pics were at erebuni.......unless those pics were at LESTER before they were at erebuni..........

we need to ask theminel if the kits have some sort of signiture name on them, either an embossed logo somewhere or a name on the inside of all/any of the pieces. then i can call erebuni to see if this logo exists in/on them. im sure if they were lying they would deny any logos/names on the body pieces.......theminel, can you chime in? have you seen the pieces 1st hand yet?

thanx,
-justin

not seen the stuff yet, parts are still @ Speed-Racing since our courier doesn't officially start business until 4th jan...

Rear apron meshes are not pre-cut, so you can cut them the size you need.

I called AUTOMOTIVE SYSTEM GROUP on the pricing on the rear bumper and group buys today. Only problem is that the number is disconected or no longer in service.

maybe i stated my question unclearly but what i mean is that does the rear valence itself able to fit the evo2 exhaust. since the hole itself(forget about the mesh) on the rear valence is juss about enough for the stock exhaust tip and maybe the evo2 exhaust tip is just a tad too big.

It will fit, from looking at the picture, there looks like there is plenty of room there to me. The stock tips are 2.5" I believe? And I think the Evo2 is 3"? thats only a .5" increase in diameter, or .25" in radius, which is pretty small really.
