Yep Im with the group buy, i dunno why people are not patient and try to do things that affect what we have accomplished in this thread. I'm still going to wait for the group buy, lets start a new group buy list, we start talking to erbuni, and when we hear from theminel we car rest assured.

for those who keep asking about pricing on the kit and/or shipping: we will not know the GB prices unitill we get a list to erebuni. the price will drop as more orders are placed through the GB. there is no preset pricing that is dependant on the number of orders like some GB's. once we get this list to him we can find out the pricing & shipping..........

an issue i can see arrising is this: if we get erebuni a list that they feel is legitimate for a GB & they gives us a price list according to the list we gave them there are potential problems that may happen. people will not agree with the pricing & back out. this may cause the GB prices not to drop if even lower at all since we didnt hold our end of the bargain. on the flip side of that. some people are sitting back not planning to add to the list untill they hear about pricing. so when the list is givin to erebuni it will not have these potential buyers that could have helped lower the pricing. its too bad we couldnt get a preset $ amount that is dependant on amount of items purchased, for example:

!!! T H I S - I S - O N L Y - A N - E X A M P L E !!!

at least 10 total items = 10% discount on each item
at least 15 total items = 15% discount on each item
20 or more total items = 20% discount on each item

this would help peoploe decide if they are deffinately interested & may add to the list! i may propose this to hovik to see what he says(not the % breaks just the idea of presetting amounts)....

any input on this?

-justin

I would like to put my name on the list but I rather here from THEMINEL first.
I was talking to a frenid that works over at a racing shop and who also has been dealing with erebuni for a while now and he mentioned that as we all know, erebuni is nortorious for making molds from one original and and lots of people also have problems with there products not fitting corectly. Anyone can say there products original, but is it really?
I do hope this is not the case with this particular kit.

Yes, Justin please let us know what Erebuni says on the deal. Also confirm with them that these are authentic peices from Speed Racing and not a molded copy.

Yeah. A friend of mine just bought a carbon fiber hood from them for his car and he had fitment issues with it. First the holes for the sprayers were too small and we had to dremel them a little to widen them up, and then when we went to put it on the car, the hood was actually too small for the car. We had to modify the brackets to make it fit right, and widen the holes with a drill for the bolts to fit. It was definately a headache, but we managed to make it turn out good in the end.

That is exactly my point, with the right bodyshop or know how you can make anything fit right, HOWEVER you will defenitly pay out the ying yang for that kind of work, also now and days if a bodyshop can see the project is to difficult they will turn it and you down.
