Default White side finishers installed. What do you think?

As mentioned by other members previously, the driver side was not too bad to install once you take out the plastic liner under the wheelwell. The passenger side was another story. I did not want to remove the wheel or lift the car and after two hours of struggling I ended up removing the whole front bumper (this actually was pretty easy, just a bunch of screws and some clips on top). Once the bumper was off, it was a piece of cake. This is what I would do from the beginning if I had to do it all over again.

Let me know what you guys think. My wife likes the amber reflectors better.

Thanks.
Victor

P.S. I ordered from japanparts and their service was awesome. I ordered online on Sunday night and received thier package on Friday (direct from Japan).

Looks Great !! But personally I'm still sitting on the fence, waiting for someone to come up with a reproduction like in the concept car. Brushed aluminum with amber leds hooked up with either running lights or the turn signal.

They do look nice, but it seems to be replacing one passive element with another.

I think I will wait as the others have mentioned, or just leave them as is

I got mine a few weeks ago as well. I would say for anyone installing these to take the front nose off. 6 plugs on top, 8 or so bolts on the bottom and 3 screws on each side attaching it to the quarter panels. This was alot easier than any alternative. I also got the grounding kit. To anyone contemplating getting the OEM one do not. Get a universal or homemade kit. Its just a bunch of wires and connectors. I paid $100 too much. Install on this was very easy especially with Takao's high res pics in the gallery.

Have you noticed any difference with the grounding kit installed?

I think the engine does run smoother, especially at high RPMs. Definitely a difference, what that really translates to other than less strain on the alternator and elec system, who knows, probably nothing. To be honest, its the only mod that I know I could do that would not screw it up. Can you tell I'm hungry for more? I do think I will do wheels/tires next, maybe suspension, and we'll see how this ecu/exhaust/intake thing turns out. I would like to keep it NA.

Too bad you can't do anything w/ the yellow inside the headlights. If you can do both I would consider it.

Looks great! I think it looks the best on the silver since it comes so close in color. But like the previous people have said, I am going to wait until some other aftermarket parts come up with something ingenuous. You know the history of aftermarket parts...something new and exciting always comes about.

Nice addition to the look though..

Normally, I don't like changes like that on the Z. I have to admit, that looks pretty fantastic on the CS! Good job!
