i tried wax, claybar, etc...seems to be under the clear coat...tell me what you think I should do

purchased and painted by autotecknic co. in california. i wrote them an email and sent the pic but haven't heard back from them....i hope i do soon though...

if they really dont come off with claybar, not likely its any sort of surface deposit.
looks like the paint or plastic outgassed and bubbled the clearcoat. could be a reaction between the paint and plastic used too. or just a bad batch of paint. gonna need to be repainted either way.

If it's truly not a surface deposit, the shop failed to properly clean the surface before clearcoating. It may have looked clean to the naked eye, but the application of the clearcoat allowed the contaminant to separate the coating from the paint.

thanks all for your opinions i really appriciate it...
i am sending it tonight back to the place that painted them. it is def not a surface deposit. i think one of you is correct in the fact that the surface was not properly primed or moisture somehow affected the layer between the clearcoat and paint. there is no surface inperfection which is what bothers me the most....an any rate, i'll be getting it repainted for free. i'm glad the company didn't shrug me off either.
