I just got this Carbon Creations kit in yesterday. Does anyone else here actually have this kit on thier car. The fitment is so bad that I cant even believe they would put this kit to market. The Passanger sideskirt literly wont even fit on the car. The front bumper acutally came damaged but I just put it up to the front of the car to see what the fitment is like, you would have to cut a ton of material away from around the headlights to make it fit.

Does anyone else have the same issues or is it just me ??


Im going to end up packing this kit back up and sending it back.

Does the VIS Racing Nismo kit have the same problems too.

Any comments would be helpful

 

Jason at performance nissan says that the vis version doesn't have fitment issues. You should email him because he does sell the vis version.

 

i dont have that front bumper but i do have the c-west style carbon creations front bumper and i had to shave a TON of material from around the headlights. my first one also came in damaged. i would not recomend this product

 

take pics of the problems areas.. send em to carbon creations.. get your money back

 

i believe the extra material around the headlight is common with the carbon creations nismo kit. and from what i've read the people with the VIS nismo kit say the fit is very good.

 

Yea, I figured that there was more problems with other kits besides mine.

The vendor I got this kit from I wont mention names yet sent me this message

"We need pic proof of all the claims made to Carbon Creations because to be honest there has NEVER been a return or claim of poor fitment on items until yours. I have sold many bumpers and many full CF kits without incident."



We will see how they handle it

 

I got the w1 front and r1 sides and rear. The sides look same as stock, so whats the point? The rear looks like it will fit like ****. I like the front, so I'd really like to take back the sides and rear. This was a hook up through girlfriend (their spokesmodel) for X-mas, so I'm not sure if I can take back. Let me know what they say to you.

what you expect from a knock off kit. And even if the fitment is good, the material quality is something that can't copy.
