Siebon hood w/ crawford plenum

Siebon hood w/ crawford plenum
Does any one know if a Crawford, etc plenum will fit w/ a seibon ts-II carbon fiber hood? Also is the crawford strut bar worth it or just a pos...i've heard both ways.
