Default Results of the tinted taillight group buy!, Pics Inside

There was a group buy on Motoring and Tech, and I wanted to post the results. Everything turned out great! Here are some of my pictures of my taillights. I'm going to be getting my signals done eventually, but currently they have Lamin-X overlays on them.

If anyone wants, I can get them in touch with the guy who did them for us. He did a very awesome job at a really awesome price, so let me know if you want to get ahold of him.

These pics don't do them justice. They look 10x better in real life!

Look fantastic on the black, but I wouldn't have done it on a blue IMO

I would think the same thing until I saw the quality. Now every Z I look at I think about how it needs tinted tails. Honestly, the quality makes all the difference. I've had overlays, but this is a whole different step.

I agree about some kind of tint for the tails, I just think it's a bit too dark for the DB.

$0.02

How much did they run?

This was our group buy price. I think he charges $100 regular for the tails. I'm sending him a link to this page, so maybe he can chime in.

The pricing will be:

$85 per set with 5 people or
$75 per set with 10 people

The clear signals will cost $25.

He can also do the tails in three different shades for those that don't think they would want it full black.

Yeh, can't post a link to the site, but if you go to Tech and PM TOYKILLA, he's the one that's done it.

You can do a search for Taillights and the Group Buy thread will pop up. There are a bunch more pictures of one's he's done previously in that thread. Sorry, wish I could post a link for ya.

There you go, just copy and paste, but take the space out after 350z.

It costs about $80 just for the materials alone. $30 is an amazing deal. Hope they look as good as mine do. I like them on the roadster. Those signals would make a big difference too if you smoked them.
