Awesome looking fuel door
Anyone else think a fuel door similar to this for the Z would be sweet? I wonder if it would even be possible being that the fuel door on the Z is kind of contoured with the shape of the car...

Sweet. it needs a Z logo though. My gas door is already skewed out from the gas cap teather getting caught between the door and the hook. A shinny new one would be nice.

yeah, that fuel door is for mustangs. I was going to get one for my mustang (traded in my 'stang for my Z) but never did. Just thought it would look cool, and would match the door handles. And yeah noahbuddy, definitely would need a Z in the middle there, and replace the rivets with the square punch marks from the door handles.

My Fuel Door was scratched within one week of getting my car. Sucked. Nissan Dealers have our caps painted *and* cleared, ready to install in the color of your choice for only 26 bucks.

Interesting thought, something I have given no thought to, lol. Guess it would be cool, my fuel door is kinda crooked cause when I first got the car, I didn't know there was a release button inside the car. So I am out there, trying to pry it off, lol. I know, dumb, but hey, my previous vechicle was 12 years old with manual everything. Not used to the "good life", lol.

I LOVE the looks of an aluminum fuel door. I put one (the EXACT same door posted above) on my old Grand Am. Had to mod it a bit to fit, but it fit like a glove and the looks I used to get when I drove down the street were great. Only thing that sucked was that with having the car debadged, EVERYONE thought it was a stang.

How (did you scratch it)??
I stop, open, fuel, close (carefully, and don't get the strap stuck anywhere). I mean, it is a fairly normal (slow) process....

On the Eclipse, I can understand. On the Z, I dont understand. It all comes down to a matter of preference I guess, it all depends on what type of look you are going for with your Z.

Tell us how you really feel though hehe, we all have different likes dislikes. Some don't like my rims some do. So I just say *I* don't like it but if he does it's all good he drives it not me.
