Very Nice!

Does the air ducts really make that much of a difference?

I would have to say that my butt & ear Dyno say yes! I mean realistically from a sheer physics standpoint... COLD air is being forced directly into the intake, particularly as speed builds! I swear my Borlas are wailing just a little bit more.

Nice! Just curious since I'm starting to see more & more people get these things. I know that it forces colder air towards the intake but I'm curious if it made that much of a difference. Perhaps it helps cool the engine bay as well. Either way...looks nice .

What about when it rains? Does the filter get a lot of water on it?

The design prevents that. From pics the opening looks bigger than what it is. It actually is like a funnel that qurves towards the intake opening but is angled down for drainage. Plus as you can see from my above pic, the JWT filter element is several inces away from the inlet.

A few weeks.

$100. And he took the time to actually prep the plenum cover (wet sand) to where it is smooth like the cars surface! Really freshened up the engine bay.

is there any danger of water getting to the filter through the duct when it's raining?
