I saw yesterday a honda civic driving with blueish/purple headlights. The whole housing was that color. I dont know if it was a film over the headlights or what. It looked really cool. It was a really dark blue and purple colors. Does anyone know about this? Do they have something for a Z?

 

try the 10000K HID bulbs.

 

i think he meant the actual housing and not the color of light emitted.

as far as something being made for the z... theres nothing that i know of. closest thing would be a blue overlay.

a blue parking light can do it and isnt visible when the light is off; a film is cheaper and easier, but stays blue in the day obviously. or a higher heat; it makes the output blue; but that light refracts around the housing too and it would appear blue itself.

 

You are talking about the ion housing. The headlight looks yellow/blue/purple and it will emit a yellow beam.

 

I dont know, but it looked cool as hell. It seemed like it was the whole headlight assembly(the clear plastic cover) that was blue/purple or maybe it was a film over it. But during the day it looked good. I wished they made it for a Z.
