One of the more tasteful mods, IMO. Makes me think of the Audi TT, altho you're right it's also a feature of the Eclipse.

The Z in my opinion needs more alumium colored accents to go with the door handles.

Got it today. looks good. It needs to be tweaked a little to make it close evenly but that should be easy.

Guess I was too late. Will ship in 4 to 6 weeks. That is what I get for waiting on the fence.

Got photos? How 'bout letting us all have a look.

There apparently being no end to my obsessing over this thing, I am taking mine Monday to a specialty chrome shop to have them do whatever it takes to make it satin chrome. My home-grown bead blasting was OK, but I'm still looking for perfection.

I wonder what it would look like to leave the surround satin chrome and paint the actual door body color?

gee-zee, It's good to see you finally got the gas cap you wanted. It definitely the first time I've seen this on a Z.

Next time I'm in town, I'll try to swing by and let you take a look at the blue interior conversion.

I've got a sparco one on my car I'll take pics later but it has a key for the gas door lid and all. Might be different because of the widebody fender but I'm sure you could attach it to a regular fender.

Here's mine...but I have to get it painted (I also don't like chrome) and the piece has to be on the car because of the 2 exposed screws. My car is in storage for the winter so I'll have to wait!! That's why I have not posted sooner.
Sluggo, Sorry its taken so long, I should have an update for you on a powdercoat match for the door handles this evening.
