Default Planning to order Stillen side skirts and rear valance. What do you think?

Well, after careful consideration tomorrow I will be making a decision on ordering the Stillen side skirts and rear valance. I want to keep the stock front bumper and later have Yuichi add for me the LED's to my clear side markers unless his complete set are out before I get to this (it's a little too cold now in Connecticut to be working outside and removing my bumper).

What do you guys think of this setup?

I got a good price from Avalon Racing and will be going to them to have these items painted and installed. I don't know yet when this will get done (I should find out tomorrow).

Has anyone else gotten the Stillen kit? Please advise.
Thanks.
Victor

Here's a few pics. of what it should look like courtesy of freshalloy (for those who have not already seen these pics.). My rims, however, will be the stock touring.

There are too many lines, the design is too busy and draws your eyes down to the ground. Sorry, the clean lines of the Z are better, those are fugly.

Default not for me

If you like it, go for it. (I wouldn't get it myself. I was reminded of the Eclipse.)

Get what you like.. that's the important thing. The less important would have to be our opinions.... lol. I think the side skirts have more lines in those little pieces than the entire car!!

I personally think that the side skirts are horrific, but this is just my opinion. I if I were you I would get any other side skirt except for the Stillen ones.

Well, I always value the opinion of the people on this website. I am going to rethink my decision. My original idea was to go with the Nismo side skirts and Veilside rear under spoiler but the price of the Stillen appealed more to me ($620 for the Stillen compared to approx. $ 1030 for Nismo/Veilside combo). I personally do not like the Nismo rear under spoilers and do not want to replace the whole front bumper at this time.

I am not willing to sacrifice looks for price that it why I was asking if anyone had already done the Stillen kit but my question should have been more has anyone seen it in person and what they thought of it live as compared to in pictures. If anyone has seen it in person please let me know honestly what you thought.
Back to the drawing board I go.

Thanks.

Hey Victor, how long are you able to wait before doing the exterior? I'm sure that the Nismo parts will come down as they become more readily available at different vendors. I don't know abou the Veilside.. they've been fairly expensive(but not the knock-offs). Keep that money in a money-market savings and make some interest on it for a few months. =) =)

I'm in no rush, however, I want to have something at the latest by April. I have a long scrape on the driver side skirt which I was told would cost over $ 400 to fix and repaint and this is why I started to look at the different body kits available.

I guess I'll wait a little and see what happens in the next 3 months.

Thanks.
