It's not really special. It's the drift bodykit.

They do!

It's made by Vertex.

These kits are based off of the Vertex design.

yeah, its looks like the vertex, although, i don't think they are the same. I mean, something about those Origin-lab bodykits makes their cars stand out more...maybe its the size of the front opening grill or something. I want to see something that looks aggresive but not ricer....and oem fit and finish without cheap materials. I guess we just have to wait and see huh?

May be that pics does not make justice to the vertex body kit, may be beacuse of the wheels, here is one pic where I believe the kit looks awesom:

here is the link if you want to see some more pics: https://my350z.com/forum/showthread....ghlight=naples

nicolaycastro,
your right....that daytona blue vertex Z looks AWESOME!!!....hmmmm, maybe i should go with vertex and not top secret. I was looking at the top secret kit (not widebody) and the vertex, so now i am deciding between the two. I wonder how the fitment on the vertex is compared to the top secret.

well if you follow the ling you will see the screen name of the owner of that car, you could pm him about that. Just make sure that if you get that kit, that you get some nice wheels too, and drop it a little...

I'm waiting for my Vertex kit now. Should get it this month. IMO, it's one of the cleanest kits for the 350Z. Simple, clean, & flows with all the lines. Also will install the Blitz Wing & the JGTC hood developed by 350ZOnline.com. Will post pictures once I get it installed. That's a picture of ACP's car & the one who inspired me to get this kit.

Here's more pics:

No they're not the same. Just based off the same styling cues.

The Origin kits have a front that flares out a little near the bottom.

Takahiro Ueno, the guy who is president and started Vertex is the driver of the Toyota Soarer (Lexus SC) in the D1 drift series. His company likes to maintain the lines of the car and not do anything too wild. They specialize in drift cars OR the luxury style VIP cars. Basically only three brands they make kits for: Mazda, Nissan and Toyota.

Ueno is a great driver but he would be unstoppable if he went with a lighter car. The SC's a tad on the heavy side, but he prefers style and distinction rather than competitiveness.

Another pic of the Vertex Z (one of the Z's he owns)

The Sylvia kit. Really popular with drifters...

SC drift car.

actually, the Origin kits look alot better than the vertex ones....heres why: notice how the Origin kits have a bigger middle opening and smaller left/right openings. The vertex kit is straight across from left/middle/right. I think this little difference really adds a "skyline r34 gt-r...planning to have front mount intercooler" look to the car. I am gonna wait until someone makes a front-end like that...cuz it would be unreal!
