Jay,
Why was I only given a partial refund? I sent you the dash kit and the rear strut piece, but was only refunded for the dash kit alone, per transaction details. I paid $563.00 for the dash and rear pieces, and a refund of $419.00 is unacceptable. You promised me a full refund of my money, as was stated by you in e-mail, and I will only accept a full refund! Please refund the additional $144.00 that is due to me immediately. I also had to accept a loss on this for $20.00 in return shipping, so I expect no further hassles or run arounds from your end because I have fulfilled all obligations on my end.

Jay,
No, sorry if there was a misunderstanding, but I never stated that I wanted a new rear piece. I would prefer to just have the full refund, to include a refund for the rear strut piece as well.
Thanks.

You see how the carbon fiber lines. 12K means each line is made of 12000 lines of carbon fiber. 3K is 3000 lines of carbon fiber lines. Kit turns yellow depends on the clear coat they use and if they UV protect it or not. If you treat your carbon good, wax it from time to time. It will never turn yellow.

they are all 10mm's. Some have a phillips notch cut into them so you can use a screwdriver, which I think that one has as well. The only 12mm's I saw were the ones holding the window regulator to the innermost panel.

Which silver ring are we discussing... lets make sure we are talking about the same one. I assume we are talking about the circular silver trim around the auto shifter (which I was under the impression had to be removed and put back down on top of the shifter CF trim piece).

yep bria5 thats the one but it looks in the picture that the cf is over that ring.
thats what i was tring to ask jay if u take the ring off then install the part then put the ring on top of it. but mabe it has to go under that part cuz the lil things that hold wouldn't be long enought if it goes on top.. i don't know jay could explain batter if that the situation.. i'm just saying base on the picture jay just posted.

True, but when I was speaking to Jay about the kit initially I questioned him on that exact photo. If you look at it, the HVAC controls don't line up properly. He explained that the shifter cover in that pic was not installed properly because the "automatic require me to take off the OEM shifter console". The owner of the test-fit car didn't want to let him do it apparently. He also said that you could tell it was not installed fully by looking at the bottom right corner of the photo.
I think based upon this it would make sense that the shifter trim ring would have to come off temporarily.
