I replaced my cloth seats with leather from Classic Soft Trim. Check out their website and find a local installer. CST is the official aftermarket leather supplier for Nissan dealers.

westpak, did you install those covers yourself? I was just wondering if they are any easier to install than leather?

They are actually covers not like the leather where you replace the cloth covers with leather, these go over your cloth seats and are very easy to install, they stay put also and do not move or bunch up.

Do you have pictures of these in your car? They look pretty appealing.
