I'm in Jacksonville Florida, so getting sun won't be a problem. I'm ordering it on monday. I have one question though. Is a week of leaving it in the sun enough?

Here's basically what you want to do:
Lay the bumper out in the sun for a few days. It doesn't need to be baked, just place it out in the sun, let any embedded release agent "sweat" out from the UV rays. Then use Dupont 2320 or 2319 cleaner and wipe the bumper down. It's a $15 cleaner, and most body shops should have it. It's now ready to paint, the painter will probably want to sand it down.
Hope this helps. Cheers

Ya, I'm kinda scared to go to my Greyhound station. I've been there once and it's crazy. I had about 10 or so bums ask me for money and a few crack heads just come up to me and talk bout some crazy things. My bro got his G35c Greddy front shipped to him for around $100 by UPS(maybe it was FedEx). I think that would have been a preferred option. O well. As long as I get mine in a week or so, I'm not gonna complain.

Hey guys,
Sorry about using Greyhound, it's the cheapest method available. A front lip is about $90 via FEDEX or UPS, but they won't even take somethign the size of this bumper. The only other option would be freight (which we are happy to do). Freight is usually about ~$100 within California, and ~$175-200 to the east coast. It is more to service "outlying" regions and if delivery is made at a non business.
We can definately do freight collect though, if you have your own company you'd like to use!
Cheers,
Gary

Keeptrying, damn I'm jealous. My car will look identical sans the intercooler (and turbo ). If you get pics of it painted soon, post em would ya? thx.
As for the grille issues, I think I found a good solution here:
http://store.summitracing.com/defaul...=egnsearch.asp
$24.95...going with powdercoated black. Next decision, could use some opinions please. Paint the reflectors Silverstone to match or leave them out and just put more of this grille material instead?

What were the issues with the sidemarkers? I'm interested in the bumper, but would like to use my clear sidemarkers. You didn't happen to take any pics with the markers in place, did you?
