does anyone have any how tos and comments on this? I have an laptop with a broken LCD on it, so, I was hoping to hook it up to my Navi system. The different places that I have read tell me that i will have to cut some wires and get a video splitter.

does anyone know if this has been accomplished and how safe it is.
