Stratocaster, u supplied the strips? HOw much for them if so? I'm looking to do the same thing here. Acree, did you drill all the way thru the strips to place them in or are they only indented in? they look fully drilled. Thanks. I'll def be looking foward to a write up if you do it.

haha, one can of ultra flat krylon fusion paint from wal-mart. it looks just as nice as the pro set up, but with out the gloss, which i never wanted in the first place.

Hey man, i just looked at the pics again and i was just wondering if that's an LED cluster for the turn signals up top. If so, where can you get them? Thanks!

yes it is an LED cluster. 30 amber LEDs. it's actually much brighter without the diffuser lense, so i think in the near future i will be pulling them back off and putting a different set of leds (wider angle), a less agressive diffuser, and painting the area under the clear strip black.

sponsor - i bought the LED clusters from autolumination.com. I bought the 1157 30led cluster and modified it to fit behind the lense.

How much were the LED bulb clusters? How hard was it to modify them to fit?

the clusters i believe around 16 bucks a piece. as for making them fit the housing, you will have to dremel out some of your headlight housing. once you put them in, THERE IS NO GOING BACK. you have to provide a bigger opening for the cluster than what is originally included for the factory bulb.
