Default Carbon Fiber Dash Installed

Finally got the EVO-R CF dash installed. It's a beautiful kit.

For those who had problems with the center piece blocking your air vent adjustor, my installer shaved the adjustor enough to clear the kit. Works great!

BTW, you may note I changed my shift **** after seeing the carbon fiber one clashed with the dash! Now have a silver one, with black leather wrap.

Exactly which piece needs shaving to allow the evo cf dash kit to fit properly?

Thanks. The installer was very impressed with the fit.....no gaps whatsoever between pieces.

The piece on the passenger side air vent that allows you to open or close the vent......you just shave the left side of it until it clears the kit. He did it with an exacto knife. The vent itself does not interfere with the kit.

hmm, doesn't sound too bad then. THe molded kit sure looks nice.

Hey JDMZ33,

Anychance for a discount when buying mulitple items?
I'm thinking about gettng some of your dash/interior pieces and your b-pillar cover.

Do you use the same weave for both interior and exterior parts? Also, I've got a Veilside v1 cf lip coming...do you happen to know if your cf parts have a similar weave to what veilside uses?

Thanks,
Ken

Ken,

Our B pillar use 9K carbon fiber pattern and Interior pieces uses 12K carbon fiber pattern. Your lip most likly is 12K. I can do some deal if you buy full kit with B pillar. PM me. Thanks!
