Default questions on headlights(bulbs/leds etc)

I cant afford to get the lights from clearcorners..so I want to go for a alternate route.

I want to paint the housing black and buy the clear strips and install it. Anyone have anywhere in CA(LA area) that are trustworthy to do a job like that with the headlights? I dont want to mess up my HID's..

2nd question is what kind of bulb should i get for the orange light above the HID's? thanks for the help~

You could get 2 pairs of Eurolite super plasma wedge bulb (# 168), put one where the parking light is and one in the strip. Color is slightly bluer than HID, but not by much. I got them at cardomain.com

You can also use those 168 bulbs above your license plate, which looks nice IMO...

I bought the chrome amber bulbs from here they were cheap and look and work great, they also have a good selection of LED's too but I have not tried them yet so not sure of the quality.
