Default debadging the rear 350z emblem yes or no

the front emblem is already gone, im debating whether or not to take off the 350z on the rear. I cant take the hamburger off the back because it will leave holes exposed.

I had the dealer remove mine before I took it off the lot. I left the Nissan logo though. If it didn't have holes it would have been taken off at the same time. With just the nissan logo I frequently have people ask what kind of car it is. But out here in STL the Z isn't to popular yet... just give it another year.

I was going to weld my trunk to remove all emblems also, but to repaint it and the labor would have cost me around 300.

Westpak, it's Zs like yours that make me want to get a DB. Very nice. VERY nice indeed. And nice mods too! Sound and/or video clips?

Anybody know the size of the holes left if you take out the rear emblem?

2 holes, about 5mm in diameter. I just put a patch of matching black tape for now.

IMO the Z looks like crap debadged. Some cars look better. Typically, the more expensive the car, the less likely it is to look better debadged, for many reasons. Taken any Enzo emblems off lately?

I like the 350Z logo, but not the nissan logos. They're very uneventful looking logos

When I bought my car it had no 350Z emblems(I think they had been stolen along with the antenna). It looked so naked, I put "FairLadyZ" on there if I get sick of that I will put 350Z back on.

exactly what i was thinking, i hate the nissan hamburgers. It isnt worth getting the holes filled and having the hatch repainted though.

no one takes the badges off their high end cars because its a status symbol. Not only that, the badges on most higher end cars actually look good. The nissan hamburgers look like they belong on the $15k cars that they also come on.

No the holes are too big for the "FairLady" letters and the "Z" is not big enough to cover both holes.
