Default Should i buy PIAA H7 highbeams?

I'm buying the PIAA white/blue LED daytime lights and would like to upgrade the highbeams as well. Should i buy their H7's for $85? Weird thing is that they're 4000k yet "brilliant blue." Not sure how that works. Wouldn't 4000k be pretty yellowish? Their "bright white" are 3500. Weird. Also, where the hell do i buy clear blinkers?

I just bought Hyper White $0.50 H7 on Ebay. It's for my day running light so I don't care how well they project. I just wanted to get rid of the yellowish colour on the OEM H7 day running light bulbs.

$0.01 if you are willing to wait out the 20 hours. LOL

Yes, I know they are cheap, but come on, it's your day running lights. It's not even gonna show up at night when you have your HID on.

I got the OEM White H7's. They match the stock HID's well!

Canadian cars have to have day running lights. It's mandatory. If a Canadian were to purchase a car from the states, they would have to get a shop to install day running lights to make it legal to drive.
