Default Non carbon fiber vented hood

i like seibon's TS vented hood's styling. as much as i like carbon fiber stuff in general, i think i want to go with a body-colored hood on my Z.

i was wondering if there's a vented hood that's fiberglass, aluminum(lol)with similiar vents as the seibon's TS series. like the nismo z33 hood.

i guess i can get the seibon TS CF hood and paint it but i'd rather not spend the money on carbon fiber. not like there's much weight saving anyway with this hood, since our OE hoods are lightweight to begin with.

you don't save that much between CF and Fiberglass aftermarket hood.

If a hood isnt Carbon Fiber, its just plain Fiberglass...

Like the Veilside hoods are all Fiberglass with a Carbon Fiber option...

Then again, 99% of the carbon fiber hoods sold are fiberglass with one layer of carbon fiber on top for looks and clear coated or jel coated over...

IMHO I would get the Carbon Fiber hoods, that one layer makes the hood / body part alot stronger... and paint over it...
