I got 20 all around. I didnt want it to look cheap either, but 20% still looks elegant and will give you enough privacy. I live in South Florida and they are also really good at keeping a lot of the heat out of the car. As for cops, down here they dont mess with your tints unless you get pulled over for something else, just be careful i guess.

 

I am thinking of 10% all around...

 

I have 20% sides / 5% small windows & hatch.

I've been pulled over 2X by CHP, 1 by SFPD and another by DCPD for various reasons....

Neither of them mentioned my tint.... even when I got my 100mph+ ticket from CHP!

Go with 20% all around except winshield and you'll be set. Go 35% if you're a worry wart

 

ive got a roadster and got 15% all around.... i dont knoe but here in los angeles the cops dont really care about tints... for now i guess..

 

I have 5%, no issues in the day time, but at night it will take you will have to adjust(roll down windows to back up, limited visibility in unlit area's).
