If your'e interested in getting these done for you contact clearcorners.com. They have the headlight assemblies in thefollowing body colors: DAYTONA BLUE, REDLINE, SILVERSTONE METALLIC, and SUPER BLACK. They look great!!

yeah but isnt clearcorners.com super expensive? I had my done, just need to redo a bit cuz the housing inside is a bit dirty...needs to be cleaned and I need to install the smoked strip inside..plus I need to get it sealed better since it fogs up at times.

is it just me, or do painted headlights make the Z look "sleepy"?

it only too me about 3-4hours, most of the time l was waiting for the paint to dry or for the oven to soften the silicon. as for the materials i already had everything in my garage, the only thing i needed to purchase was the silicon. I frequent Costa Mesa usually every weekend.

did painting the top half of the headlight drastically effect the output of the turn signal light? I like that look alot better, but I also don't wanna cut corners and make my turn signal light dim.

not at all, its still bright. I tested it out also to see if it would reflect as much at night. lt still blinks brightly, i turned on my hazards and walked away from my car to see how bright it would be. its not that much different from stock, you can still tell when its blinking.

^^I was thinking of doing the turn signal portion black chrome as opposed to the rest of the headlamp being flat black. Thoughts?

that'll probably look hot! i would love to see that. besides if it looks good ill just redo mine that way!
