Default Harness Q..

Can a 4-point harness restraint system be used on a stock seats? Who's done it?

4 point harnesses are not allowed in any form of racing that has rules for harnesses. But, if you want the look of someone that dosen't know the reason for harnesses, go for it!

That said, I raced SCCA in the 70's with 4 point belts. A lot has been learned since then.

Yes, but the 5 point is for race seats with a sub strap slit. The 6 point is SCCA approved for OEM type seats.

No need for sarcasms. Its just a question if it can be done on stock seats. I didn't mean to offend your colorful racing career.
