Ok, this should be simple. I have the owner's manual and the service manual both of which explain how to take it out. Basically, I understand you don't lift up, but more out, and the service manual has an arrow pointing down. Not sure how to pull it down, but that's another issue. I am using a pretty good amount of force, but don't want it to brake. Any suggestions?
