Default Don't EVER deal with Autotecknics!!!

ordered an OEM CF wing from their site about a month and a half ago. Original thread here:

https://my350z.com/forum/exterior-and-interior/167846-stock-wing-but-cf.html

On their website, it says that it would be shipped out in 2-3 business days, and I also paid for overnight air shipping, because I was urgently going with a specific theme with my car.

I emailed them about 2-3 times in that week because I had no notification if it was sent out or not, or if there's a delay, etc. But I didn't receive ONE reply.

So after 2 weeks, I couldn't wait anymore. If they had said it would take longer, I probably could have waited. But no communication whatsoever. I cancelled other orders because I've decided to keep the theme I have right now, because I had no clue where this wing was. I emailed autotecknics (no phone number on their website) and said I wanted to cancel it. Again, no reply. I kept waiting for another 2 weeks, and still...nothing. So I thought ok, it was cancelled.

Another 2 weeks go by, about 15 min. ago, it just showed up at my doorstep!! Now I've been charged for $160 for something I don't even want anymore. They breached the contract when it was delayed without notification, and had sent me NO emails nor phone calls whatsoever.

Now I have to try to sell this wing.

Do NOT ever deal with autotecknics. They're just a bunch of retards with no service standards.

I also had a bad experience with them when I ordered my headlight eyelids. It tooks weeks and a lot of arguing to get them. They were hard to reach, would not return emails, would not give me a tracking number, lied to me on several occasions and were extremely rude.

Do not give them your business.

Don't wanna post the sale here cuz of the TOU, but you can find the thread here: https://my350z.com/forum/showthread.php?t=177678

I can ship it out next day after I receive the payment.

I bought their cf radiator plate off ebay. Top notch stuff. The delivery was super fast too. I have ordered from them in the past (off ebay) and have never had issues.

rule to aftermarket business, don't mess with 350z owners. they will let their fellow 350z friends know what's up on the forums. good way to loose business. always remember, word of mouth is strongest source of advertising and an unhappy customer will let ten more potential customers know. imagine how many potential customers will know on a 350z forum. 8 so far. sorry for that, intro to marketing is coming back to me

It would not have made a difference. I bought my eyelids through one of their ebay auctions. After days trying to get a hold of them to get a tracking number, they tell me the item was out of stock! How can an auction item be out of stock? Also illegal for them to have taken my money if it really was out of stock.

When I finally told them I was going to sue, they somehow found some in stock to ship me...

I also had a bad encounter with them.

I bought eyelids and paid for it on the 30th, and they arrived two days ago. What is the point of paying such high shipping costs if I don't get it on time?

Not very good customer service at all. I also sent 3 emails and never got a response. I was very understanding, being it was the holiday season but waiting close to 2 weeks for damn eyelids is rediculous.

Looks like its a 50/50 chance you get your stuff, even if you payed extra for immediate shipping.

Thanks for the info all, I will never order from them.
