Default Passenger Window Switch Removal

Can somebody tell me how to take that thing off? Do you just pull em off? Or do you have to take the handle out first? Any screws I have to take out? Thanks

This may help. it looks like you just unscrew the door pull and it should come out. Just look for that metal retaining clip on the one side

Take the metal trim piece off of the handle(flat head screw driver from the top should pry it off easily), there are 2 10mm bolts down in there that need to be removed. You'll need an extention to get in there. You should be able to slightly pull the handle assembly out now. Now you can lift up on the little pad from the back and it should pop off. Next step is to pull up on the switch piece and viola!
