Default Need help replacing STOLEN seats, What kind of seats will work?

Hey everyone!
I'm new here and just purchased an 03 Z THEFT RECOVERY. I'm having some trouble figuring out what kind of seats the car originally came with and wanted to see if you guys can help. Originally I assumed the car had the base cloth seats due to it being a BASE model (local dealership ran the VIN), BUT today I noticed the center console had HEATED Seats buttons... So with the heated seats option, the seats had to be LEATHER right? And with LEATHER seats they also have to be power right? Just want to make sure I get the right seats, so any input would be helpful. If more info. is needed to make an accurate conclusion please let me know, but here's what I know so far:

1. Red Ext./Black Int.
2. Automatic
3. NON-BREMBO
4. Heated Seats
5. Side Curtain Airbags
6. Cruise Control
7. TCS
8. Xenon
9. US Model Purchased from Deseret Nissan in LAS VEGAS

So far I figured out the Seats should be:
Heated due to the buttons on the center console:

Airbags (8th letter in VIN is an E=Side+CurtainAirbags)
My local Nissan Dealership also ran the VIN and said the car is a BASE, but had TOURING seats. Not sure if thats even possible...

Thanks and glad to join the forum!

oh yeah, they also cut the harness that connects to the seats, so any input with that would be great!

If there are buttons on the center console for the heaters, then yes, they were heated leather seats. You can also check and see if you have VDC or Bose, if you do, then you have a touring. If you have TCS, you atleast have an enthusiest, not a base.

Welcome to the forum. Only touring comes with heated seats. I have no idea what your dealer is talking about it's definitely not a base, base doesn't even have any automatics. I would suggest you buy some nice racing seats since you need to purchase seats. I want some nice brides

You mind telling us how much you paid? Mileage?

Didn't see a VDC button, where is it located? And not sure about the BOSE because they took the stereo and panels behind the seats (looks like there was suppose to be a woofer there though).

I will post interior shots tommorrow.

I also was able to track down the original owner that the car was stoler from and he said it was a Base Model with Cloth seats. I'm going to call him back tommorrow and ask how he got them heated...

I also have an S2000 and want to use this car as my daily driver since the S already has a set of Brides.

So there is no way that this car is a BASE since it has an AUTO tranny? Concerning the price, I got it for $11K Clean Title with missing seats, wheels, and misc interior parts.

I will post pictures shortly and most likely will need tons of parts here. The previous owner is checking to see if he has a spare key because one wasn't included and the local dealership can't pull a key code with the vin either.

its not a base, as base models do not come with a/t, hids, or heated seats.

the orig. owner could have put in the hids and seats on his own, but i highly doubt he/she would buy a base and then swap to an auto tranny.

It seems like this car for sure isn't a Base Model from all the research I've done, BUT can anyone confirm if HEATED Seats can be found on CLOTH SEATS at all? I talked to the previous again and he said for sure they were cloth and heated, but I can't find these seats anywhere. I would perfer to get HEATED Leather seats, but don't want to have an issue with the POWER vs Manual seat option...

If the center console has two heat switches...it's most likely a Touring model and had leather seats like the above pics.

No heat switches on base, enthust or track. ONLY touring.

I finally was able to take the car to the local dealership and guess what? Its a TOURING MODEL!!! Not sure why 2 other dealers told me it was a BASE, but my local Nissan dealership ran the VIN and it pulled up Touring Model. Finally got that question out of the way, so now I need to find a set of Touring Leather, Heated, SRS Seats in Black or Frost.

Also was able to get a key cut and the car only has 3645 MILES! WOW! The previous owner never even drove it and some *** was able to steal it...

Well the questions haven't ended however, I need to know what:

rear view mirror I need? I know theres one with the HOMELINK option.
is the hole behind my seat for a BOSE woofer or something else?
am I also missing the front strut bar?

thanks for the helps guys, I will definetely keep everyone posted as the project completes.

pictures of the car can be seen here:
