Default Console Replacements

I'm looking for console replacements that replace the OEM parts. I have seen some carbon fiber and brushed aluminum that stick on the dash and console but not anything that actually replaces them. Pics and comments on replacement kits would be appreciated.

I was just going to post a similar thread. I'm also looking to replace my center console with polished or brushed aluminum...

Design something, find a shop that can fab it, and sell it

I doubt any such thing exists just yet.

I've been thinking about this lately. I make prosthetics for people with missing limbs (see avatar) and one of the materials we use often is carbon fiber. I have been wondering how easy/difficult it would be to remake, lets say, the center console out of carbon fiber. I don't have the ability to do it right now, but not far down the line I may give it a shot. I'll keep you posted!

I hope someone does; the only pik-nit that bugs me about the Z is dash/console piece that the Nav compartment is in. Looks cheap, cheap, cheap.

I actually like pretty much the whole interior the way it is. I don't think anything in there looks that cheap.

Not unless you're comparing to high end luxury cars... which the Z isn't.
