Will the Veilside Ver. 1 Front Lip fit an 06 front bumper?

I saw an 06 on the road the other day with what look like a Nismo lip. Had the whole kit actually. Older lady driving it with Nismo graphics... I made sure it was an 06 bumper since it had the 2 bars going across the grille. I'm almost 99% sure it was a Nismo lip.
