If you do buy a full urethane kit, make sure it's good quality. Some of the cheap crap will sag during the summer months when it gets hot.

I have friends at Vertex USA and pretty much everytime we get to gether we discuss Aerokits. Whether it be FRP vs. urethane vs. CFRP, knockoff vs authentic, etc.
I just like giving people a hard time about kits other than those that I know the manufacturing process of
Oh yeah, plus IMO, I think paint sticks better to FRP. A lot of bodyshops do not know how to correctly paint urethane kits and paint it as is without thinking. Then people wonder why the paint starts to peel and chip off. I havn't seen problems like that with FRP though
I think a lot of the bad talk that goes around against FRP is due to knock off kits that fit poorly, and break easily. For example, buying an authentic Vertex kit vs. a fiberglass knock off. People would be surprized to see the stregth differance. I don't remember which event it was, but we have seen Ueno (Vertex Soarer) hit a wall with his front bumper and it was fine (minus paint of course). Try that with a knockoff and you will leave the track with your bumper in pieces.
In the end, I see a lot of people continuing to buy knockoff fiberglass kits and when they realize how crappy they are, they end up buying the real thing. So moral of the story: SAVE UP AND BUY THE REAL STUFF

Thanks for the input and ideas everyone. I've narrowed it down to what I want, does anyone know if a FRP version or Urethane versionn of the Bomex front is available?
Kaminari has a pretty good PE kit with a CF hood and rear wing. I've looked at quite a few kits and finally went with the Kaminari kit. It gives the Z an aggressive look with out going over the top. I've got the full kit minus the hood. I still on the fence if I'm going to FI the car and put a different hood on. The fitament ont he Kaminari is great. The body shop I took to was surprised at how well it fit out of the box. Make sure you use a quality paint shop to paint the parts. PE kits require more flexant in the paint and a little more work to get a good color match.

I would like to see some other photos too. I really like the clean lines of the "Type 7" front bumper fascia.
Has anyone in this group installed this particular front?
I'm a big fan of Wings west, I've had their ATHENTIC kit before and loved the fit and the quality. They have a kit out for the 350Z which I'm seriously considering but I've yet to decide whether i'm gonna go widebody on my car or not.
Their kit is also urethane...
