Default HID D2S Bulb?

I know our cars take D2R HID bulbs, but what would happen if you use a D2S bulbs? I know the bulb will fit.

Light pattern will be different. The2003-1005 OEM HID housing is meant to use D2R bulbs, that's how they designed it, so stick to D2R if you don't want light scattered because it's a reflector/projector housing.
The 2006 uses D2S bulbs though, since they are true projectors.
