Default Bondo or Fiberglass in-fill?

Ok, i got the materails to do it ether way. If i do the fiberglass id have todo layers to infill the lic. plate area. If i use Bondo, i can infill it all and shape it better since it is a paste. Fiberglass would be a little more messier. What do you guys thing? Its not a deep infill its about .5 on the sides and inch in the middle.

Im thinking it wont be alot of weight just filling in a recessed area for the Lic plate, I attached couple picture, i dont have my camera here with me. But my bumber is right behind me at work. The top edge that is recessed is a 1/4"

Ok, i came up with an idea. What ill do is not molde it in but make a sepperate peace that would bolt to the location. That way if i need to put on the lic. i can. Im going to make the peace to fit in this area nice so there isnt to much of a seam. This bumber flexes and can flex right there, so i dont want it to mess up the paint.
