i would think they would. since the nismo bumper is just a lip extension on the bottom-

curvature next to the corner reflector are nearly identical.

hmm.. you know they *might* fit but the airwalker doesnt have the side reflectors like the Nismo and the Stock bumper have-- and i think the varis canards take in affect that flat portion where the reflectors are---

you could always get the universal canards from Signal auto, then cut to trim via router-

whoops- its More-Japan.. .. but same people as signal (i think ?)

just first off- use a template via cardboard and trace the surface curvature and the place it on the carbon one (tape it) then use a high speed router to cut it so it'll fit your bumper-.
