I had the choice of putting the plastic pieces back on, but the holes were not predrilled so I did not want to take the chance to mess anything up so it is just solid black like the underneath side of a CF hood would be. Fitment was good had to lower the connection latch to make the hatch come all the way down to close all the way, didn't use any shocks with it because it made the hatch set up and wouldn't close also when you try to open it up it would fly open. I used the factory glass with no problems except for the weather stripping that was improperly installed but all is good now. Don’t really have one up close to show you fitment the shots I took were just to show it off a little.
