Yeah I just got some myself, about to do the install here in a bit. I think all you have to remove is the bottom under plate, not the whole bumper.. Ill find out..

edit: i bought them thinking i could just pop 'em in, that how my old eclipse was..

it will be easier, but its not necessary. justr remove your under carriage. and inner fender covers. its kind of hard to reach the bolts. try getting a screwdriver that is an L shape.

Default easy...

i out the black out ones on mine. all i had to do is take off the bottom plastic panel and the inner wheel sheilds....and there right there...

but under the passenger side there is a tank in the way and is hard to reach so like they said before. an L shape screww driver helps...me i didnt use one and i cut the whole side of my hand open.

but its easy. took me couple minutes. after i got the screws un tightend.whata *****!!

Just did my '06. Drivers side is easy, but passenger side is kind of hard to get the reflector out after it is detached (and the reverse) with the tank in the way. Doable without taking the bumper off, but it might be easier if you did.
